Returns and Exchanges
We are dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase we will exchange or offer a refund. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Labels must be intact, and the item(s) unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent this has not been done.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To request a return, please call us on 01462 432165 where we will issue you with a returns number. This helps us to keep track of your item(s) when we receive them and process your return as quickly as possible.
